The conveyor loading / unloading system would make the loadman to work faster as this process is a continuous loading process. The two loadmen at the bag unloading / loading point of each floor have to pull out the bag from the moving belt before it moves to the next floor.

A variable frequency drive (VFD) for speed adjustment of the conveyor by a regulation knob would enable the conveyor controller to increase or reduce the speed of the belt depending on the manpower availability. This speed control of the belt will make the loadmen work faster thereby getting more output from them.
